2. Service Description

PlasmaWave provides lead generation and digital advertising services through AI-powered targeting and social media integration. Our services include:

• Social media lead generation ($40 per qualified lead)
• Search engine advertising lead generation ($50 per qualified lead)
• Display advertising lead generation ($60 per qualified lead)
• Lead verification and scoring
• Analytics and reporting

3. Qualification Process

All potential clients must complete our qualification process before accessing our services. We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests based on our internal criteria. Qualification decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due per qualified lead delivered as outlined in our pricing structure. Invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Lead Quality Standards

We define a "qualified lead" as a prospect who:

• Has shown genuine interest in your product or service
• Meets your specified target demographic criteria
• Has provided accurate and verifiable contact information
• Has been verified through our AI scoring system

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to deliver leads within 3-5 business days of campaign activation. Lead volume depends on target criteria and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific lead volumes or conversion rates.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and processing practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website and in our services remain the property of PlasmaWave. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

PlasmaWave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
